This position serves as the central point of coordination for employee equipment, uniforms, supplies, company assets, and operational resources. The Team Success Specialist helps maintain a positive employee experience by proactively identifying needs, solving problems, and ensuring team members have what they need to perform their jobs effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities
New Hire Setup & Onboarding Support
Coordinate and prepare all resources required for new team members before their start date.
Ensure employees receive all assigned uniforms, equipment, and company assets.
Set up and distribute:
Company shirts, hats, and uniforms
Name tags and badges
Business cards
Computers, tablets, phones, and other devices
Tools, equipment, and field supplies
Company vehicles and vehicle-related materials
Company Branding & Vehicle Readiness
Coordinate vehicle branding, magnets, wraps, decals, and company signage.
Ensure company vehicles are properly equipped, branded, and ready for daily operations.
Maintain inventory of branding materials and coordinate replacements as needed.
Inventory & Supply Management
Maintain adequate stock levels of company supplies and operational materials.
Keep extra inventory on hand to support onboarding, replacements, and business growth.
Organize storage areas and maintain accurate inventory records.
Monitor inventory levels and proactively identify shortages before they impact operations.
Ordering & Procurement
Order uniforms, equipment, office supplies, marketing materials, and operational resources.
Coordinate purchases for team members across multiple departments and locations.
Research vendors and maintain cost-effective purchasing practices.
Ensure timely delivery of all requested items.
Equipment & Asset Management
Maintain accurate records of all company-owned assets and equipment.
Track assignment, movement, and return of:
Computers and technology
Phones and tablets
Field tools and equipment
Uniforms and branded apparel
Vehicles and vehicle accessories
Conduct regular audits to ensure accountability and accuracy.
Equipment Replacement & Maintenance
Coordinate replacement of broken, damaged, worn-out, or outdated equipment.
Ensure team members receive replacements quickly to minimize operational disruption.
Monitor equipment condition and proactively identify replacement needs.
Employee Support
Serve as a resource for employees who need tools, equipment, supplies, or company resources.
Respond promptly to requests and follow through until needs are met.
Work closely with leadership and department managers to anticipate team needs.
Help ensure every employee has what they need to perform their job successfully.
Offboarding & Asset Recovery
Coordinate collection of all company-owned property when team members separate from employment.
Recover uniforms, tools, technology, vehicles, access credentials, and other assigned assets.
Verify returned equipment and update asset tracking records.
Report missing or unreturned company property to leadership.
Qualifications
Required
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong communication and customer-service skills.
Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Ability to lift and move equipment, supplies, and inventory items as needed.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred
Experience in inventory management, office administration, operations support, human resources, or employee onboarding.
Experience managing company assets and equipment tracking systems.
Experience supporting multi-location teams.
