CRM & Automation Specialist
Omni Home Services is a growing organization built around a portfolio of home service companies, including home inspections, pest control, radon services, roofing and exteriors, and real estate services.
While each company has its own teams, customers, and markets, we believe our biggest opportunities come from working together — sharing resources, creating better customer experiences, and building systems that help every company grow.
We recently implemented GoHighLevel across the organization, and we are looking for someone to take ownership of making it a powerful tool for our teams.
This role is not about simply maintaining a CRM.
It is about building, improving, and optimizing the systems that help our companies communicate better, convert more opportunities, and create a better customer journey.
The Role
The CRM & Automation Specialist will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and expanding GoHighLevel across Omni Home Services and its family of companies.
You will work directly with leadership and department teams to understand business goals, identify opportunities for improvement, and build CRM solutions that support growth.
Some projects may involve creating marketing campaigns. Others may involve automations, customer journeys, pipeline improvements, integrations, reporting, or finding better ways for teams to share information.
You will become the internal GoHighLevel resource — the person teams rely on when they need help creating something new, improving a process, troubleshooting an issue, or replacing manual work with smarter systems.
What You’ll Own
GoHighLevel CRM Management
Manage and optimize Omni’s GoHighLevel agency account and company sub-accounts
Build and maintain pipelines, workflows, automations, tags, custom fields, permissions, templates, calendars, forms, and CRM structure
Maintain a clean, organized, and scalable CRM environment as the organization grows
Create systems that are easy for teams to understand and use
Automation & Campaign Development
Build, launch, and maintain email and SMS campaigns
Create lead nurture campaigns and customer follow-up sequences
Develop reactivation campaigns, appointment reminders, missed call workflows, review requests, and other automated customer touchpoints
Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve workflows
Identify opportunities to reduce manual processes through automation
Cross-Company Systems & Collaboration
Partner with teams across Omni’s companies to improve customer journeys and internal processes
Identify opportunities where leads, customers, and relationships can create additional value across the organization
Build systems that allow companies to better share opportunities and communicate effectively
Improve handoffs between departments and companies so customers do not get lost after one service is completed
CRM Support & Internal Training
Become the internal GoHighLevel expert for Omni
Support employees with CRM questions, troubleshooting, and best practices
Create documentation, training materials, and resources to help teams use the platform effectively
Help departments understand how CRM tools can support their goals
You’ll Probably Be Successful in This Role If...
You naturally think in systems.
When someone explains a complicated process, you immediately start thinking about the steps, triggers, data, and outcomes needed to make it work better.
You enjoy solving problems.
You can work with technical systems but also communicate clearly with people who may not understand CRM terminology or automation.
You ask questions before building.
You understand that the best system is not always the most complicated one. You focus on creating solutions that are simple, effective, and improve the business.
You take ownership.
When something is not working, your first instinct is to investigate, understand the problem, and find a solution.
What We’re Looking For
Hands-on experience building and managing systems inside GoHighLevel
Experience creating workflows, pipelines, campaigns, automations, and integrations
Strong understanding of CRM structure, lead management, segmentation, and data organization
Experience with email and SMS marketing automation
Ability to troubleshoot and improve existing systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members
Preferred experience:
APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, or other integration platforms
Marketing automation strategy
Reporting and CRM analytics
Home service, real estate, or similar industry experience
What Success Looks Like
After 12 months, success in this role means:
GoHighLevel is a trusted system used effectively across Omni companies
Leads and customers move smoothly through the customer journey
Teams have fewer manual processes and better visibility
Campaigns launch consistently and performance can be measured
Automations improve communication, follow-up, and revenue opportunities
Companies within Omni are better connected and able to share opportunities
Our CRM infrastructure is built to scale as we add new companies, markets, and services
This Role May Not Be the Right Fit If...
Your CRM experience is mostly following instructions without understanding the strategy behind the system
You only enjoy building funnels or landing pages
You need every process fully mapped out before taking action
You enjoy creating complex automations but are not focused on whether they actually improve the business
We are looking for someone who understands that CRM is not just software.
It is the system that connects our teams, our customers, and our growth.
